Sprint Planning Meeting

At the beginning of each sprint, the product owner and team holds a sprint planning meeting to discuss what kind of requirements we need to develop in our product and these requirements are called.

Product Backlog Items (Product backlog is a document that keeps a log of all the all the user stories we are about to test in this sprint of 15 days) i.e. items that are get to be developed so in this we will attempt to convert to working product during the Sprint.

The Product Owner is responsible for declaring which items are the most important to the business. Like let us make fb ads page first and focus on login page later on. The team is responsible for selecting the amount of work they feel they can implement without accruing technical debt. The team “pulls” work from the Product Backlog to the Sprint Backlog
